What gets me up in the morning?
Every day, there is something that I am going to learn that I didn't know before.
There is a challenge that I will meet, and be able to handle well.
There is a person I did not know before, but will get to know, and people that I will get to know better.
I believe passionately in the work of the nonprofits I partner with and the communities they serve. These organizations are about changing lives, whether teaching a young person to fine tune their musical craft or feeding low income families in the urban core or training at-risk youth job skills through the arts. Why is historic preservation important? How can we create communities that live in harmony? What are the challenges of working with children and adults with autism? Sharing the core values and mission of these extraordinary people is what I value and what gets me up each and every day.
